Egg n' Avo Wrap

Approx. 10 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

 - 1 Large Avocado

 - 2 eggs

 - 2 wholemeal wraps

 - 8 cherry tomatoes, sliced

 - 8 thin slices of halloumi cheese

 - 4 Yumi's Original Falafel Balls 225g

Directions:

 1.Cook eggs on fry pan for 2-3 minutes (until desired consistency)

 2. Meanwhile, cut the avocado into two and spread half on each wrap

 3. Then, put eggs on wraps and using the fry pan, cook halloumi for 2 minutes or until golden brown. 

 4. Slice tomatoes and falafel balls into 4 and put on wraps along with the halloumi

 5. Fold the bottom of the wrap up and the sides in, one over the other and enjoy!
