Egg n' Toast

Approx. 10 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

 - 2 Slices of Wholemeal Bread

 - 2 eggs

 - 1 Avocado

 - 2 Small Handfuls of Spinach

 - Pinch of Salt and Grinded Pepper

Directions:

 1. Poach eggs on medium heat for 3-4 minutes (until the white is set)

 2. Toast bread and add avocado 

 3. Add a handful of spinach to each slice and put eggs on top

 4. Serve with pinch of salt & pepper
