Avo Salad

Approx. 5 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

 - 1 Avocado

 - 1/2 Large Cucumber

 - 1 Cup of Rocket

 - 1 Cup of Spinach

 - Balsamic vinegar (to taste)

Directions:

 1. Wash Spinach and Rocket under cold water and put in medium sized bowl

 2. Cut up cucumber and avocado and add to bowl

 3. Cover in balsamic vinegar to your liking

​
