Egg n' Bacon Wrap

Approx. 10 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

 - 2 Wholemeal Wraps

 - 1/2 Cup Spinach (per wrap)

 - 1 Tomato, Sliced

 - 3 Slices of cheese (per wrap)

 - 2 Eggs

 - 2 Slices of Bacon

 - Virgin Oil

Directions:

 1. Put oil in a fry pan and put on low heat

 2. Place bacon strips into fry pan and cook until desired crisp

 3. Transfer bacon onto a plate to cool

 4. After, crack eggs over pan and cook until desired consistency (roughly 2-3 minutes)

 5. Meanwhile, prepare tomatoes, cheese and spinach and put them on wrap

 6. Once egg is cooked, place bacon and eggs into wrap and fold by pulling the bottom up and sides over.

 7. Finally, place wraps in sandwich press and cook until golden brown
