Broccoli Pasta

Approx. 15 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

 - 4 cups San Remo Penne Pasta

 - Large bunch of broccoli (amount to preference)

 - 3 tablespoons butter

 - 3 tablespoons plain flour

 - 1 cup milk

 - salt and pepper (to taste)​​

Directions:

 1. Cook pasta according to packaged directions

 2. In another pan, melt butter in a medium sauce pan and cook until melted

 3. Add flour and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly

 4. Add milk and stir until sauce thickens

 5. Meanwhile, place broccoli in a pan of boiling water and cook the florets for 6-8 minutes, or until a fork can easily pierce the stem

 5. Add white sauce to pasta and broccoli and serve
